Specialist Gastroenterologist

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified female Specialist Gastroenterologist to join a leading hospital in Abu Dhabi/ UAE. The successful candidate will provide expert care for patients with gastrointestinal disorders, including liver, pancreas, esophagus, stomach, intestines, and biliary tract conditions. The role involves diagnosing and managing complex GI cases, performing endoscopic and other gastroenterology procedures, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.

   Requirments

  • Board certification in Gastroenterology or Internal Medicine with Gastroenterology subspecialty (American Board, Canadian Board, UK CCT/CCST, or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Specialist Gastroenterologist
  • Extensive experience in diagnosing and managing complex GI disorders
  • Proficiency in endoscopic procedures (EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, etc.)
  • Experience in managing liver and pancreatic disorders is desirable
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team
  • Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and patient management skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based gastroenterology care
