Consultant Plastic Surgeon (Microvascular Surgery)

• Board Certification in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (CCT/CCST, American Board of Plastic Surgery, FRACS, Canadian Fellowship, or equivalent)
• Subspecialty training or fellowship in Microsurgery / Microvascular Reconstruction is highly preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-consultant experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery
• Proven expertise in microvascular techniques, including free flap reconstruction and complex tissue transfer
• Strong experience in trauma reconstruction, oncologic reconstruction (breast, head & neck, sarcoma), and limb salvage procedures
• Experience within a tertiary care hospital or high-volume reconstructive centre is highly desirable
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and ability to manage complex multidisciplinary cases
• Commitment to high-quality patient care, surgical excellence, teaching, and clinical governance
