Consultant Pediatric Rehabilitation

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant in Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine to join a leading tertiary healthcare institution in Al Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will provide expert assessment and management of children with physical disabilities, developmental delays, and complex rehabilitation needs, with the aim of improving functional outcomes and quality of life.

The role involves the management of a wide range of paediatric rehabilitation cases, including cerebral palsy, neuromuscular disorders, acquired brain injuries, developmental coordination disorders, and musculoskeletal disabilities. The Consultant will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including paediatrics, neurology, orthopaedics, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and nursing teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred rehabilitation care. Responsibilities also include leading rehabilitation programs, developing care pathways, contributing to clinical governance, and supporting quality improvement initiatives within the service in Al Ain.
