Consultant Pediatric Anesthesiologist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant in Pediatric Anesthesiology to join a leading tertiary healthcare institution in Al Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will provide expert perioperative anesthetic care for infants, children, and adolescents undergoing surgical and diagnostic procedures, ensuring the highest standards of safety and clinical outcomes.

The role involves providing anesthesia for a wide range of pediatric surgical specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, neurosurgery, and cardiac procedures where applicable. The Consultant will manage complex pediatric airway cases, high-risk anesthesia, and critically ill children requiring perioperative care. Responsibilities also include participation in pediatric resuscitation, pain management, sedation services, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, intensivists, and emergency medicine physicians. The role further includes contributing to clinical governance, protocol development, and quality improvement initiatives within pediatric anesthesia services in Al Ain.
