Consultant Orthopedic Spine Surgeon

• Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery (CCT/CCST, FRCS, American Board, or equivalent).
• Subspecialty training or fellowship in Spine Surgery.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization consultant experience in orthopedic spine surgery.
• Proven expertise in the diagnosis and management (surgical and non-surgical) of complex spinal conditions, including degenerative spine disease, spinal deformities, trauma, tumors, and spinal cord compression.
• Strong experience in performing advanced spine surgical procedures independently.
• Experience working in a tertiary care or academic medical institution is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.
