Consultant Intensive Care Medicine (ICU)

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Intensive Care Medicine (ICU) to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of critically ill adult patients requiring advanced organ support and intensive medical care, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence, patient safety, and evidence-based critical care practice.

The role involves managing patients with complex and life-threatening conditions, including severe respiratory failure, septic shock, cardiogenic shock, multi-organ dysfunction, acute neurological emergencies, and postoperative critical illness. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in advanced mechanical ventilation, haemodynamic monitoring, resuscitation, and organ support therapies, working closely with anaesthesiologists, emergency physicians, surgeons, cardiologists, pulmonologists, and multidisciplinary intensive care teams to ensure timely interventions and optimal patient outcomes.
