Consultant Gastroenterologist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Female Consultant in Gastroenterology to join a leading tertiary healthcare institution in Al Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will provide expert diagnosis, management, and long-term care for patients with a wide range of gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary disorders.

The role involves managing complex gastroenterology cases, including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), liver diseases, gastrointestinal bleeding, functional bowel disorders, pancreatic and biliary conditions, and gastrointestinal malignancies. The Consultant will perform and interpret advanced diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures and work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including surgery, radiology, oncology, and internal medicine, to deliver comprehensive patient-centred care. Responsibilities also include contributing to clinical governance, developing care pathways, and supporting quality improvement initiatives within the gastroenterology service in Al Ain.
